Project overview
This Stratco Outback split-gable patio in Devon Meadows replaced an old, run-down flat verandah ahead of a large 70th birthday celebration. The raised gable design creates a much brighter and more spacious entertaining area, with Rooflites, translucent gable infill and integrated LED strips supporting comfortable use from daytime into the evening.
What the homeowners needed
The existing flat verandah was old and run-down, and the homeowners needed a much better entertaining area in time to host a large 70th birthday celebration.
Our solution
We replaced the low flat verandah with a split-gable Outback design to create greater height and a more open atmosphere for entertaining. Rooflites and translucent gable infill retain natural light, while integrated LED strips make the area practical for evening gatherings.
The finished result
The tired verandah was transformed into a bright, spacious entertaining area ready for the birthday celebration and future family events.
