Project overview
A Stratco Cooldek insulated patio installation in Carnegie, featuring 50mm insulated roofing panels for superior thermal performance and a clean, modern flat ceiling finish.
What the homeowners needed
The homeowners wanted dependable weather protection and better thermal comfort without losing the clean appearance of the outdoor area.
Our solution
We used 50 mm Cooldek insulated roofing to combine the roof, insulation and finished ceiling in one system, with Rooflites bringing natural light beneath the new cover.
The finished result
The completed patio provides a cooler, more comfortable outdoor area with a neat flat ceiling and carefully integrated drainage details.
